Your website
Hosted page and iframe
A chat page of its own for every assistant, a link and a QR code to share, and the same chat inside an iframe on your website.
A chat page of its own
Every assistant can have one address, https://www.bidii.ai/c/pk_YOUR_KEY: a full-page chat with the assistant's name, logo and colours, for a business with no website or a link to post anywhere. Turn it on in Settings > Channels > Hosted chat page. The page is off until you do, and a link that is off, unknown or retired says only that it is not active.
Share the link and the QR code
The same card gives you the link, a QR code to print or download, and a line to post with it in English and in Arabic. Give the page a title in each language; left empty, it reads "Chat with" and the assistant's name. Conversations on the page count toward your monthly allowance like any other, and show as the channel hosted in your inbox, your exports, the API and analytics.
Language
The page speaks the assistant's language. A bilingual assistant follows the visitor: add ?lang=ar or ?lang=en to the link to choose for them. An assistant that answers in one language keeps its page in that language whatever the link says.

/c/pk_YOUR_KEY/embed is the same chat without the page around it, for an iframe. Only the websites you allowed for the assistant (Settings > Channels > Website chat) may frame it: the page's Content-Security-Policy names them in frame-ancestors, and any other site gets a blank frame. Copy the code from the card, or write it yourself:
<iframe src="https://www.bidii.ai/c/pk_YOUR_KEY/embed"
title="Chat with us" allow="microphone" loading="lazy"
style="width:100%;max-width:440px;height:640px;border:0"></iframe>allow="microphone" lets the chat ask for the microphone where voice is on. The iframe carries no cookies of yours and reads nothing of your page.
What the page will not do
- The full page is never framed; only /embed is, and only by your allowed websites.
- It talks only to its own assistant, with the same caps and guard as the website widget.
- It sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
On your own domain
With a custom domain (Settings > Custom domain, on the plans that include it), the same page answers on an address of yours, such as https://chat.yourbusiness.ae/c/pk_YOUR_KEY. Point a CNAME at the address the dashboard names and wait for the check to pass; until then the old link keeps working.
